Who are we? Well, we are talented, capable, passionate and determined software engineers who strive to collectively and continuously deliver better software.\n\nWe're agile, fans of TDD, BDD and CD. We have small self-organising teams and we like to have fun at work. We believe that developers deliver better code if they are happy, not if they are working too many hours and under pressure. We do all we can to make sure our teams are happy and that means that our clients are also happy! We work with global companies and we build dedicated teams for them. We're not the usual type of outsourced development company, we collaborate with our clients and they see us as an extension of their own teams. \n\nWe don't have any developers on the bench and we don't swap people around between projects and clients. Teams who are happy and motivated, get on well, trust each other, who have diversity of thought and experience produce great results. We do all we can to ensure that our teams are like this. We work in a beautiful part of the UK and we make the most of the local beaches for BBQs after work, surfing, paddle-boarding and more. We have company paid social activities every month and a summer festival which families are invited to. We also believe in knowledge sharing, collaboration and broadening experiences. Our developers are smart, curious and care about writing great, clean code.
