What Is Haven Behavioral Healthcare?
Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, the hospitals under the Haven Behavioral Healthcare banner provide inpatient psychiatric stabilization and treatment to adults experiencing acute symptoms of depression, anxiety, psychosis or other severe behavioral problems in locations across the country. Our patients are treated through a program of comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatments, medication evaluation and stabilization before a coordinated return home or transitioning to a lower level of care. Services are provided by psychiatrists, specialty physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and other professional staff dedicated to improving the quality of life of our patients. Haven's philosophy is one of working with family members, referring physicians, long-term care providers and other agencies to meet the healthcare needs of the patients entrusted to our care. Our ongoing mission is to partner with communities and families to improve the lives of patients through the delivery of high quality, specialty behavioral health services. Haven Behavioral Healthcare and its affiliated hospitals provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. In addition to federal law requirements, Haven Behavioral Healthcare and its affiliated hospitals comply with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which the company has facilities. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.keywords:Healthcare,Healthcare Providers,Human Resources Hr,Pharmaceuticals
