Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, Harold Schnitzer founded the company over 55 years ago when he first converted an old warehouse into an office building. Today his son, Jordan, serves as President of the company directing the company's long term strategy of acquiring and developing a diversified portfolio of well-located properties for continued ownership in the Western United States.
