Our company is a renewable energy company with core expertise in providing energy solutions for a variety of requirements, and has developed a world class level of expertise in many areas of renewable energy. We are a solar PV project Developer and an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm specializing in the development, design, installation, and maintenance of solar PV energy solutions. These solutions are site specific solar PV installations for commercial, government, and utility clean energy applications. We are a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business founded by Colonel (Retired) Dave McNeil. Our company possesses the technical capabilities and personnel expertise to provide innovative, results-oriented solutions with the vision of providing quality services for our government and commercial clients. HSGS is a full service provider, capable of delivering total solutions from inception through fully completed instruction. As a SDVOSB firm, we are capable of serving as the prime contractor or to fulfill small business subcontracting targets for government-wide agencies and large contractors. HSGS possesses the in-house engineering & design capabilities, experienced project team and record of performance required to execute medium scale commercial to large scale utility solar energy projects. We are capable of self-performing solar PV installations around the United States as well as overseas.
