What Is HENDRICK HONDA?

In 1991, John Hendrick, purchased McDougall Honda, and it became Hendrick Honda. At that time the dealership was selling about 150 new and pre-owned vehicles a month. It's parking was very limited, access to it's award wining Service Center was a test of one's will and some what risky. Mr. Hendrick became North Carolina's premier Honda dealership by taking care of the customer from the time they started their research to the time they traded or sold their Hondas. By providing an inventory selection of both new and pre-owned Hondas that was second to none. By providing award winning service at an exceptional value. All this with customer satisfaction the top priority! By 1994, the dealership was well established and had become the flagship of JL Hendrick Management Corporation. In fact, the location became an issue of customer convenience and safety. The hunt was on. We had to find a new location that allowed better customer access, services, and inventory. In 1996 construction began on a 60,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility situated on nineteen acres of land. \r\nWith the occupying of our current facility in 1997, we became American Honda’s first ground up Image 2000 store. This was not just a new look for the displaying of our goods and services, but a new method of addressing your automotive needs as a whole. Judging by the response it was a change for the better. From the time you drive up, you realize that this is not your ordinary automobile dealership. One of the Carolina's largest inventories of new and pre-owned Hondas greets you. We have grown to be American Honda's #1 volume dealer in the Mid-Atlantic Zone, selling and servicing more satisfied customers than any other.* For this we wish to express our thanks to our customers and friends. For those of you yet to see the Hendrick Honda experience, we invite you to visit and experience it for yourself.
