H.B. Fleming Revenue and Competitors

H.B. Fleming is a design-build contractor installing excavation support systems, pile foundations, drilled shafts, ground improvement, marine bulkheads and sub-aqueous pipelines since 1955. We offer in-house engineering services to produce economical designs and quickly adapt to changing job requirements throughout Northern New England. H.B. Fleming was founded in 1955 by Howard Fleming and Ray Erickson as a pile driving and marine contractor. In 1973, Richard Ingalls and Don Erickson bought the company. In 1993, Dean Sciaraffa and John Linscott III purchased the company after working together at Cianbro. In 2014/2015, Dean and John sold the business to David Gifford and John "Scotty" Linscott IV. Over the years, H.B. Fleming has expanded to include excavation support systems, large diameter drilling, and ground improvement.
