We are Grocon. A privately owned development, construction and investment management business based in Australia. We specialise in large scale projects, be they commercial office spaces for premium clients such as ANZ and BHP Billiton, or Public Private Partnerships such as the New Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) for the Federal and Victorian Governments. But what we are really creating is a legacy. An active and evolving legacy that places people first, leads standards in our industry, develops places of real significance and delivers shared value to our clients and partners. We have a clear purpose at our company, that drives all of the work we do, and that is to create enduring outcomes through collaboration. We are inclusive. Some of the renowned buildings we've produced include Rialto Towers, Eureka Tower, the MCG and AAMI Park in Melbourne and No 1 Martin Place, ANZ Tower and 1 Bligh Street in Sydney. On the Gold Coast we've completed Oracle Apartments at Broadbeach, which was awarded the National Master Builders' Association Prize.
