GridWorks IC is a white label operator of high quality non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services for Medicaid managed care health plans. IC stands for Integration Contractor and our mission is to integrate community based systems to achieve a better NEMT experience for end-users. In contrast to NEMT brokers, we are not a one-size fits all operation. We work with community partners to integrate and support existing systems to deliver the highest quality NEMT services possible. Our key partners in Portland provide customer intake, referral, driver training, and travel training services. Our call center partner provides call center operations support and scheduling and dispatch services for commercial transportation. Our mission is to build the world's best NEMT system right here in Portland, Oregon. We envision an NEMT system that is warm, welcoming, safe, and effective. This requires us to build enduring collaborative relationships with our community-based partners. We are a certified Emerging Small Business, an Oregon Benefit Company, and a Certified B-Corp.
