Founded in 1969 by Michael C. and Joan Gresser, Gresser is one of the Midwest's largest and most respected concrete and masonry contractors. Known for attention to quality, service and safety, Gresser specializes in commercial construction of any size and type. Although Gresser has worked in 19 states, the Twin Cities Metropolitan area of Minnesota is its primary market. Products include footings, masonry and poured wall foundations, structural and veneer masonry, cast-in-place and tilt up concrete walls, slab on grade, post tension, slab on deck and concrete paving. Projects range in size from one day masonry or concrete "patch jobs" to light-weight concrete and brick veneer projects reaching more than 300 feet above street level and several million dollars in contract value.
