Based in Wilmington, Delaware, the firm was formed by the resident litigation partners formerly of the Wilmington office of a major Philadelphia-headquartered firm. Prior to that, the named partners had been litigators in the Wilmington office of the nationally prominent firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
