What began in 1984 with the renovation of two small historic buildings in Evansville, Wisconsin, is today Gorman & Company, a recognized leader in adaptive reuse of historic structures, a trusted partner for community leaders seeking to revitalize urban neighborhoods, and a leading builder of high-quality affordable housing. Gorman & Company has grown to employ more than 120 professionals building and managing over 3,000 apartments. We build an average of 300 new apartments a year through our in-house general contracting division.
