What Is Goodman Properties?

Goodman Properties is a Real Estate Development and Management firm established in 1985 by Bruce Goodman. To date, we have developed and acquired close to two hundred properties and continue to manage each one on our own behalf. Over the past twenty five years Goodman Properties has become one of the Delaware Valley's leading developers. Our current portfolio is comprised of more than 4.5 million square feet of diverse retail commercial space. Furthermore, some of our properties include retailers such as Costco, Regal Entertainment Group, Staples, Target, Kohl's, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Dicks Sporting Goods, Giant Food Stores, Sam's Club, Lowe's, CVS and Walgreens. While Bruce pays particular attention to the architectural details of his shopping centers, he is most proud of his relationships with each of our tenants, the real estate brokerage community, township officials, community groups and affected neighbors. He strongly believes that in order for a project to be successful, all parties should be happy with the results. Of the 4.5 million square feet in our portfolio, we have developed over 3 million square feet of net retail commercial space and continue to manage and expand our portfolio through acquisitions and development.
