Our mission at Kyte is to empower airlines with the next generation of retail tools, allowing them to deliver the consumer experience that their customers have come to expect. As a technology company, Kyte is building solutions for airlines and travel distributors. Our first product, Kyte Direct Connect, is a network solution that allows airlines to connect to their retail and distribution partners with a single technical integration. Kyte Direct Connect supports airlines' full product suite across its full lifecycle, enabling retail and distribution partners to sell all fares, all ancillary products, and to fully support customers pre and post-ticketing. Legacy systems have been holding the industry back in so many ways. We strongly believe that the technical infrastructure on which airlines depend and run their businesses need to modernise to build relationships with their customers; capturing their imaginations; inspiring them to fly again; and, of course selling and servicing those products. Kyte is here to change the way airlines engage with their customers, constructing personalised and meaningful offers no longer constrained by the usual search criteria.
