Since our inception in August 1983, we have been fortunate to grow from a small Commercial Contractor to one of the largest and most versatile General Contractors and Construction Managers on the Delmarva Peninsula. Our projects have involved almost all of the different industries and commercial entities of our Geographic area from Medical facilities to Schools to Manufacturing to Poultry Processing Facilities to Mercantile to General Offices to Hospitality/Condominiums. We have been able to grow based upon our dedication to quality, awareness of budget constraints and schedules, which has resulted in many repeat customers. We bring not only seasoned construction managers to you, but also a field of seasoned construction workers that allow us to self-perform needed work and/or supplement sub-contracted work as needed to produce the overall project on time and on budget. Although we keep a constant back log of conventional bid projects, which keeps us very cost conscious & competitive, much of our work is Design/Build. We believe in a team approach to projects in which all parties involved have a vested interest in a timely and economical completion.
