Alice Ghirardelli, P.E., founded Ghirardelli Engineering in 1999 in order to provide construction management services of the highest quality and personal professional care available to public agencies. In April of 2001, Ghirardelli Associates, Inc. was incorporated with the addition of principal engineer Mr. Randall Bruner, P.E. Ghirardelli Associates currently serves a variety of public agencies (city, county, transportation, ports), as well as Caltrans Districts, throughout the State of California. We work directly with our clients, providing construction inspection and management, as well as permit oversight and program management services. This hands on technical knowledge and experience at the top of our firm benefits your project because we are better prepared than our competition to solve problems and reduce costs. In addition, our staff has worked under the supervision of Caltrans resident engineers on many state projects. We often fill the role of project manager or resident inspector for local agencies with state funded projects, encroachment permit requirements, or federal funding requirements.
