Welcome to Galaco. Our company emerged from the combination of two major companies: Atlántico S.A., founded in 1959, and Comercial J. Galarza S.A., founded in 1988. These two companies were devoted to the distribution of tobacco, food, housekeeping supplies, spirited drinks and other products. They are composed of several companies that are active throughout the entire Canarian Archipelago. We have over 50 years of experience as distributors and logistics provider of top-selling brands. Our distribution network is active in the Canary Islands. We offer our suppliers and clients made-to-measure commercial distribution and logistics and are leaders in brand positioning and development of the leading brands in the Canarian market. Our Capital Stock is composed mainly of the GALARZA INVERTIA (Family Galarza) and the Swiss multinational Weinauer Holding–wholesaler of food products, drinks, perfumes and tobacco–which is active in several European and American countries. Galaco is the parent company of our group, which is composed mainly of two companies: Galaco S.A.–with over 260 employees and a turnover of about 62 million euros– and Cadiex S.L.–with 64 employees and benefits of about 18 million euros. The Galaco Group riched sales by 79 million euros in 2018. In Galaco we excell for our commercially-oriented performance, striving in the market and defending the interests of the brands we represent. With the support of the manufacturers, we sustainably reach market shares greater than those obtained in mainland Spain or even in the manufacturers' countries of origin.
