Furtado & Associates, Inc. (F&A) is a privately held land surveying and construction management consulting firm located in Seattle, Washington. Originally founded in 1983 as Lin & Associates, we have grown as a company and a team, and are excited to now be known as Furtado & Associates as of January 2021. Our values as a company have not changed, just our name! F&A has built a reputation as being committed to recognizing the specific needs of our clients in order to provide cost effective, feasible solutions and the highest quality work possible. F&A has been providing quality engineering services for numerous public and private agencies in the Puget Sound region. F&A has been an Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) since it's inception in 1983.
