Fulton is building on a tradition of success and dedicated to our core purpose of improving life through heat transfer solutions. Lewis J. Palm was no stranger to boilers having helped to start Cyclotherm Boiler (Horizontal firetube boilers) in the late 1930's with his brother, William and other investors. In 1949 Lewis started Fulton Boiler Works, Inc. in Oswego, New York with his invention of the vertical tubeless boiler as the only product. The tubeless boiler gained rapid acceptance as the premier small steam boiler for applications such as baking, sterilizing, and dry-cleaning.
