Our areas of focus are: Gear technology: Based on customer specs, we make gears, rotor shafts, pinions, sprockets, & custom solutions. We perform all processing steps in-house & are able to execute even highly complex tasks to the highest quality standards. Worm gear sets: We produce over 1 million sets each year, mostly custom sets. Our gear sets have diameters from 17-250 mm & center distances up to 125 mm, from many material options. Drive Systems: We make slip-on geared motors, linear actuators, planetary gears, & push/pull actuators. Our modular designs allow them to be individually adapted to the customer's needs. We offer custom drive solutions that meet our customer's requirements. Even very complex drive solutions, including the motor controller, bus coupling, certification, production, & logistics for a complete service all from a single source. We have our own prototyping capabilities for producing small runs of drives, testing, & optimizing production. Injection molding: We mold thermoplastics parts to create technical components. Over 1 million parts leave the factory daily, ship across the globe, & are integrated into a wide variety of equipment. A popular option is to combine metal with plastics. The geometric construction & optimization of metal/plastic parts takes place in-house. Plastic assemblies: Are produced & assembled in house. With all processing steps, including ultrasonic welding, soldering, inspecting, & marking. We offer development expertise for complete, custom assemblies, so we are a powerful partner in all areas of drive engineering.
