Four Fountains De-Stress Spa is India's largest chain of scientific health spas founded by IIT, IIM and S.P. Jain graduates in 2007. Our mission is to create a stress-free and healthy India through 8 scientifically designed programmes for pain relief, anxiety relief, better sleep, anti-fatigue, de-toxification, immunity, age reversal and skin whitening. Our programmes are holistic combinations of massages therapies, diet recommendations, exercise recommendations, lifestyle recommendations and exercises. Our spa doctors create a personalised 12 week programme based on every individual's Stress Level (measured using Heart Rate Variability) and LAT score based on an assessment of their lifestyle. Our spas are located across Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Pune and have helped de-stress over 3 lakh Indians. Apart from taking our services to more locations across India, we are also in the process of launching a complete range of scientifically designed retail products for sale from our spas, online and offline channels.
