What Is Forensic Analytics?

Founded in 2013, we are based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire but our experienced, expert staff travel throughout the UK and worldwide, providing training and support to our clients. We put our accumulated wealth of telecoms experience into our products and offer services that are simple, intuitive and exceptional value. Our primary business is the development of specialist software that automates the most time-consuming aspects of cell site analysis. Our first product, and the one we are best known for, is CSAS (the Cell Site Analysis Suite) which is the ultimate communications data cleansing, analytics and mapping tool. CSAS provides a range of fast, accurate features designed to process, query, present and output mobile phone call records and other forms of communications data, providing an unrivalled, evidential solution for investigators. Our product range now extends to CSAS Collaboration Server, CDAN (Communications Data Automated Normalisation), CDAN Indexer and our complementary Radio Frequency (RF) Survey Module. Our user-friendly, flexible software is built to be easily updated in response to new data requirements, and customers report productivity gains of up to 75%. Forensic Analytics also provides professional consultancy, cell site analysis services, training courses (some with City & Guilds accreditation), technical bulletins, briefing papers and an online library of free resources to registered users. Managing Director Joseph Hoy has published Forensic Radio Survey Techniques for Cell Site Analysis. This comprehensive reference manual is essential reading for anyone working in this field.
