What Is Force Corporation?

Force Corporation is a company based out of the Houston Ship Channel region in La Porte, Texas. Our satellite office in Plaquemine, LA serves as a base of operations for our railroad work in that region. Founded in 1973, our company strives to be the best Industrial Construction, Industrial Railroad, and Maintenance company serving the Gulf Coast. Our people make the difference, and our word is our gold standard. Force Corporation is a family-owned and operated company. Jack Jackson was the original founder and CEO of the company followed in succession by his son and current CEO Mike Jackson. Vickie Jackson is the company's CFO/CIO and has worked at Force since before Mike and her were married (over 35 years). Vic Jackson, their son, has recently joined the company and serves as director of sales and marketing. Jack Jackson believed strongly in the power of industry-driven workforce development efforts, which led him down a path of community involvement. Among many other activities such as being member of the local Rotary Club and many chambers of commerce, Jack also was instrumental in the creation of what was called Southeast Economic Development (SEED) organization (now Economic Alliance Houston Port Region). Mike Jackson, in turn, served in the Texas Legislature for 10 consecutive years and then another 14 years in the Texas Senate. Seven years ago, Rusty Barnhill, president, and Manuel White, executive vice president, joined the company and brought with them a tremendous amount of industry knowledge, experience, and relationships that have been a breath of fresh air to the organization. Rusty Barnhill has long been a leader in the workforce development arena and has given over 20 years of service to ABC of Greater Houston. Together with their outstanding employees, their collective knowledge, experience, and sense of duty create an ideal team to go to when in need of an industrial contractor. We cooperate, we communicate, and most importantly: we deliver.
