Flow Management Devices, LLC (FMD) manufactures a comprehensive line of Unidirectional Captive Displacement Small Volume Provers, encompassing flow ranges from 100 GPM to 24,500 GPM (142 BPH to 35,000 BPH). Our small volume provers can be used to calibrate/verify the accuracy and repeatability of the following meter types: - Coriolis Mass - PD - Turbine - Ultrasonic. Applications include: - Crude Oil - Refined Products - High-Pressure NGL’s - Various other Process Fluids - Cryogenic Processes The FMD line of provers can be permanently installed or mounted on a truck/trailer for field proving. Our unique and patented prover design provides accurate and fast measurements with minimal product displacement. Designed to be easy to operate, with self diagnostics and long wearing seals made of proprietary PTFE blends. FMD's unidirectional captive displacement provers exceeds the API standard 4.2 for an uncertainty factor of 0.02%. Most all of our provers average .005%. Our product quality is outstanding and we back that belief with a four (4) year warranty (seals excluded), the longest in the industry.
