Some Flix Brewhouses feature luxury electric recliners.\n\nEach Flix Brewhouse location is a separate legal entity owned by Flix Entertainment LLC, a Texas-based holding company (the "Company"). All team members at each separately-owned location are legally employed by Cinema Breweries Inc., a Delaware corporation.\n\nThe Company has four investor/owners and was founded by Texas-based entrepreneur, hotelier, real estate developer and investor Allan Reagan, who serves as CEO. The late, great Walt Powell, who passed away at age 33 in June 2013, co-created the original Flix Brewhouse with Mr. Reagan starting in 2010, and was instrumental in breathing the concept to life and creating the early soul of the brand and culture of the organization. In early 2018 Twin Point Capital joined the Flix family with a substantial minority equity investment.
