Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Our best-known product, The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce®, won the Outstanding New Bestseller Award at the Fancy Food Show in 1997. Case Fischer and Mark Wieser started selling jams and jellies in their store, Das Peach Haus®, made from peaches grown in their own orchard behind their store. Since then, Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods, Inc. has expanded its catalog to over 150 products that are distributed throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, and beyond. In addition, the company also produces the award-winning line of Mom’s pasta sauces, FoodTrk Fusion Sauces and Dr. Foo's Kitchen line of Thai cooking sauces. All of which lend to the continual innovation taking place in kitchens as Fischer & Wieser is truly Inspiring Your Culinary Adventure® which is the company philosophy and slogan. With a specific focus on customer satisfaction, we are dedicated to working closing with private label partners to meet their production needs. In our consultative approach, we work closely with our partners throughout the process to best-meet their needs. We service our partners with clean ingredients, offering optional Organic and Non-GMO capabilities, in-house product, packaging and label development. Most recent awards include, in 2017, a sofi® Best New Product award in barbecue (Dr. Foo’s Kitchen Bali BBQ Sauce) and a sofi® Silver award in jelly/jam (Fischer & Wieser’s Cherry Balsamic Preserves) and in 2018, a sofi® Bronze award in pasta sauce (Mom’s Organic Roasted Pepper).
