First Robinson Financial Corporation is a bank holding company that provides a range of banking services through its wholly owned banking subsidiary, First Robinson Savings Bank, National Association (the Bank). The Bank is a community-oriented financial institution that seeks to serve the financial needs of the residents and businesses in its market area. It primarily serves Crawford County, Illinois. The principal business of the Bank consists of attracting retail deposits from the general public and primarily investing those funds in one-to four-family residential real estate loans and, to a lesser extent, consumer loans, commercial and agricultural real estate loans and commercial business and agricultural finance loans. At March 31, 2008, substantially all of the Bank’s real estate mortgage loans, were secured by properties located in the Bank’s market area.
