Builder Custom & Production - First Floors is geared to handle Custom & Production Builders in all facets of flooring. We have a dedicated customer service department along with Field Supervisors and Full-Time servicemen. Insurance Replacement - We have been the top insurance claim handler flooring store in North America for Farmers Insurance for over a decade. We have a dedicated department exclusively to the Insurance industry. They are there just for you. Set the business model that every other Carpet One in the nation is trying to emulate. Commercial - We do light commercial and senior living facilities as well.
