What Is Finnebrogue?
Finnebrogue is based on a committment to Animals, People and Crafting Artisan Food that makes a difference. This isn't business speak it's where we put our time, money and energy. We craft Artisan food on behalf of retailers like M&S and chefs like Heston Blumenthal and Paul Rankin. Purpose We love food! We believe that great food should be heralded and shared by all! We will only make food that excites and inspires us and that we know our customers will enjoy eating. Not only that, we want food to mean something and to say to our customers something about what we and they stand for. That's why we've built our business on crafting Artisan food that makes a difference. Making a Difference to Farmers & Animals Being farmers ourselves, we know that having a strong connection to the land is key to great ingredients and food. We take our roles as steward of the land very seriously and have a strong commitment to sustainability. We also appreciate that happy animals make great food and that they deserve a good life. That's why we're one of the UK's largest buyers of Outdoor Bred, Free Range and Organic pork. Making a Difference to our Customers Our customers have never been so demanding, and we like it that way. They want the best quality, with fantastic new products and at great value. We see it as our job to offer them something that they cant get anywhere else. From exciting new flavours, to welfare-friendly pork, to gluten free sausages, our products offer real choice. Making a Difference to our Staff, our Community & the Environment What excites all of us at Finnebrogue is doing a great job. The team is made up of like-minded ambitious foodies who bring a unique set of innovative and technical skills to our processing. This approach is not only reflected in our products but also in the impact we have on the world around us.
