Fidelis is one of Texas’ largest commercial real estate companies with a long focus on retail, and a newer focus on healthcare and multifamily. When Fidelis was created it commenced operations with 1 million square feet of retail properties in the greater Houston area. With a consistent and aggressive development, redevelopment, and acquisition program, Fidelis has grown to over 13 million square feet, including 2 million square feet in various stages of development or redevelopment. We serve over 60 properties in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Colorado. Headquartered in Houston, Fidelis also has operating offices in Dallas, Texas, and Santa Fe, New Mexico, to better serve the properties in those regions.\n\nRecently, we added specialists and experts in healthcare and multifamily development, redevelopment, acquisition, and ownership.
