Exova Jones Environmental was initially established as Jones Environmental Forensics in 2007 by Jim Jones and Janet Jones to cater for a client base who required a higher than average level of technical advice and project management with an emphasis on logistics and a culture of working with our clients rather than for them. Exova Jones Environmental currently employ over 140 staff, of which over 70% are graduate level, and in nine years has grown to be one of the biggest contaminated land laboratories in the UK, as well as establishing a large International client base. This has been achieved with no active selling but a culture based on Recommendation, Reputation, Repeat business and Responsiveness We work all over Europe, and extensively in South Africa, Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Turkey, Egypt, India, Gulf of Mexico and many more (50 countries to date). Exova Jones Environmental's capability ranges from the mainstream contaminated land analysis, gas analysis from summa type canisters, to complex forensic analysis, all supported by good technical back-up and experienced customer service staff. We offer what other laboratories often see as non-routine and we have a flexible approach to most projects Exova Jones Environmental holds PI cover of £5m and has a DEFRA Licence for the importation of samples from outside the EU. We are also the only environmental laboratory in the UK to hold a drugs license enabling us to hold standards associated with pharmaceutical sites.
