Our Vision: Evolve FM's vision is to ‘maximise outcomes for Indigenous Australians‘; challenging the market to think differently about the way it services its places, unlocking value for our clients across their portfolios. We aim to partner with and foster Indigenous enterprise, hiring and supporting Indigenous Australians and businesses and encouraging growth, development and engagement in the FM sector, and more broadly, across the community. Our History: JLL and Pacific Services Group Holdings (PSGH) have joined together to create a new and exciting offering in the Australian facilities management industry, Evolve FM. This partnership has been forged based on a shared vision of creating a commercial framework that will enable the delivery of social initiatives to be delivered that positively change the lives of both Indigenous and non- Indigenous men and women.
