Evernest currently has locations in Atlanta, Birmingham, Boulder, Chattanooga, Colorado Springs, Denver, Ft. Collins, Jackson (MS), Little Rock, Murfreesboro, and Nashville. We specialize in single-family houses, condos, and small multifamily buildings; and currently manage almost 3,500 homes for over 2,600 different investors and homeowners. Our clients range from real estate funds to homeowners of single-family homes and small multifamily buildings. We have found that our clients trust us primarily for these three reasons: 1. National brand, local experts – we hire local people to manage our homes. 2. In-house maintenance – Evernest team members handle most of our work orders. This leads to less resident turnover. 3.
