Located on Boston’s north-west border, the City of Everett, MA is experiencing unprecedented new development and economic growth. As the pace of redevelopment accelerates, Everett endeavors to become a more walk-able, transit-friendly, and mixed-use community. These redevelopment areas also lie within State designated Opportunity Zones. \n\nLocation is everything. And Everett has it. The City is located just 4 miles to downtown Boston and 4 miles to Boston Logan International Airport. There is direct public transit access to Boston, Cambridge, Somerville and Boston's Seaport and close proximity to major transit corridors: I-90, I-93, and Route 1.\n \nWith over 46,000 residents in 3.2 square miles, Everett is one of the densest and most diverse communities in the Commonwealth.
