Thus EstateGuru was born. Today, more than half a decade later, we have facilitated more than 1000 loans worth in excess of €160 million. Over 36 500 investors, from all walks of life and hailing from 109 countries, have earned average returns of 12% by backing property loans in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain, Finland and Protugal with the UK , Ireland and Germany to follow soon.
