What Is Employment Plus?

Employment Plus, Inc. was founded in Bloomington, IN, February 1993, on the simple notion of providing the best possible service to our clients as well as applicants. Employment Plus is a full service human resources solutions firm specializing in creating partnerships. We pride ourselves on learning how and where we can add value and provide resources to our clients. Our clients benefit from our wide range of services which include much more than just staffing. Yes, we have an award winning staffing division that offers a variety of options like our non traditional self service staffing program and our more traditional full service and on-site management staffing programs, and we offer much more. We also have a training division that provides programs including supervision, customer service, sales, and software. Our corporate trainers customize programs for our clients through a variety of one on one, classroom, and internet training environments. In addition, Employment Plus has other divisions including Outplacement, Testing and Screening, Payroll, and Relocation. As you can see, we bring much more than just staffing to our partnerships. Employment Plus was founded in Bloomington, Indiana in 1993. Growing from the humble beginnings of a basement office, in just a few years we have grown to now servicing over 1,000 clients with over 15 locations, including on-sites. Our formula for success is simple: treat our applicants and clients the way we would want to be treated and outperform our competition daily by not only introducing new innovative ways to add value to our clients, but by also doing the little things that our competition should be doing, but better. As such, Employment Plus boasts a client retention rate of well over 90% and has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the Richard C. Lugar award and the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Growth 100 Award for seven consecutive years, and counting! Even during the economically challenged years, Employment Plus continues to grow by providing the best, and most comprehensive, services for our clients and applicants. We aren't a national company or a franchise and our expansion has not included acquisitions. Our growth is the result of old fashion hard work and doing what you say you are going to do while providing value. For a complete and thorough evaluation of your current staffing model, as well as training or any of the other services we offer, contact us today. Let us show you why we continue to grow and keep such high client retention rates.
