Employer Flexible Resources is currently looking for experienced and non-experienced individuals who have outgoing personalities and would like to make a career change. eFlex Resources is a recruiting and staffing firm located in North Houston and is looking for a full time recruiter to join our team. Our lines of business include Engineering, Accounting / Finance, Office Administration, Industrial / Manufacturing, and HR Outsourcing. We are committed to aggressively growing our business to fulfill our client's needs and meeting the challenges of the current fast-paced market. At eFlex, we have created a relaxed atmosphere that encourages individual creativity and teamwork. We currently have a need for a recruiter in our Engineering group to work primarily with locating and closing candidates for direct or contract hire. Our core focus is centered in the Oilfield industry which is the most explosive market in today's economy. This person will be responsible for bringing in a steady flow of candidates that range in experience and skill that are suitable for placement for our client's needs. Some of the job duties include: Perform market research in order to understand current trends and events Generate a call list from which to recruit based upon our clients needs Recruit candidates by cold calling Establish a sound network of contacts and continually work toward expanding that network for name generation Extensively interview potential candidates and implement sound closing techniques Perform ancillary functions to the position such as reference checks, database management, and plan management If you have an aggressive personality and want to be a part of something that is growing, then please give us a call to discuss this position in more detail.
