Emerging Impact is a benefit corporation that supports NGOs and government agencies leverage blockchain technology as a tool for humanitarian programming. Our team has over 20 years of humanitarian aid, technology, and product design experience and we have led many of the world's first blockchain for social impact pilots with major NGOs and international aid development organizations alike. Beyond our mission to help make impact emerge from the use of high-tech, we also partner with for-profit organizations as a part of our \Emerging Impact Pro-Bono Program,\ which leverages the talents of engineers, project managers, and designers in our work with social and public sector clients. Such work sharpens the skillsets of corporate employees, lends their time to develop potentially life-saving solutions, and provides partner companies with a strong tax incentive equal to the cost of their employee's time. For NGOs and government agencies, the program greatly subsidizes advisory costs and thus minimizes overhead to test novel solutions and iterate on their program methodology.
