What Is Electronic Business Machines?

OUR HISTORY Electronic Business Machines has been the leader in customer service and office equipment since 1980. We specialize in helping customers in the Greater Puget Sound Region find solutions to their document workflow. Whether your company is printing, copying, scanning, faxing or in need of a document workflow solution we can help. We have been a partner with Panasonic since 1981, a partner with Canon since 1991 and a partner with Kyocera since 2013. What this means to you is we can grow with your needs by offering an array of equipment, from multiple manufacturers to formulate a plan that best suits your needs. OUR PHILOSOPHY It’s simple, “Every Account is a Major Account.” We are here to help you and will always listen to your needs. As such, you will never have to hear a switchboard or be routed anywhere when calling in. You will always get our corporate location in Everett and a live body! OUR CONNECTION WITH THE COMMUNITY Richard Schlosser is the founder of Electronic Business Machines. He grew up in Everett and has remained in the Puget Sound area all his life. He began his Rotary career in 1985 in order to give back to his community. In 1997 he was elected President of the Everett Rotary club. His quote at the end of every meeting was, “Make a positive difference in somebody’s life today by what you say or what you do.” We at Electronic Business Machines always follow Rotary’s Four-Way Test. Is it the TRUTH? Is it FAIR to all concerned? Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
