What Is Eden Park?

Eden Park’s story began in 1987, when two international rugby players who belonged to one of the most prestigious sports clubs world-wide – the Racing Club de France – decided to create an upmarket ready-to-wear brand.\n \nFranck Mesnel and Eric Blanc, who were students at the time, applied their creative and off-beat mind to the conceptualization of a brand whose inspiration and codes came from an extraordinary and authentic story.\n \nIn line with some athletes’ atypical sports approach, they have developed an off-beat style, combined with a constant elegance. Driven by a taste for paradox and the attention to detail, they have created a true Eden Park style, with the emblematic rugby jersey, available in different styles.\n \nEden Park was the obvious name given after the Auckland rugby stadium in New Zealand, the Mecca of rugby: scene of the first World Cup attended by Franck Mesnel as a finalist in 1987.\n \nThis year Eden Park celebrates its 30th anniversary: \n 30 years of fantasy and rigour\n 30 years of pink bow tie\n 30 years of wearing an embodied brand, a true brand\n 30 years of transposing the French Flair from the Showbizz grounds to the values of the brand.\n \n30 years is a beautiful age that Eden Park celebrates by offering the best of the French Flair. The French Flair is that French creative know-how, that little « je ne sais quoi », that draws its inspiration from the French, identity and signed tradition for each of the pieces.\n \nRecognizable by its symbolic logo: the pink bow tie, every piece in the collection gives a particular importance to the quality of fabrics and the attention to detail.
