Easterseals is celebrating 100 years of impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities and other special needs, their families, and their communities throughout America. Easterseals has been making profound differences in the lives of children and their families living in Georgia through its Early Education and Care Program, its Early Intervention and Therapy Program, and its Family Support Programs. Easterseals is one of the largest providers of early education and early intervention in the state of Georgia, touching the lives of more than 5,000 young children and their families every day. Eighty-five percent of the children who participate in Easterseals’ programs are living in extreme poverty, and sixty-five percent of these children have a disability.
