Eastern Townships School Board Revenue and Competitors

The Eastern Townships School Board (ETSB) is an anglophone school board in the province of Quebec that administrates various elementary and high schools within the region.\r\nThey are the only school board in Canada that has provided laptops to almost all students as a tool for learning in their classrooms.\r\nETSB's expertise is providing assistance, conferences and workshops on how to be a leader in the educational community on integrating technology in the classrooms.\r\nThey have partnered with the Cirque du Soleil to provide remote education to young artists and the artist's children at elementary and high school levels.\r\nRecently, ETSB has signed a partnership with the government of Uruguay who has been implementing the 1 on 1 laptop project in all of their elementary schools. ETSB's role is providing assistance on better integrating the technology in Uruguayan schools.\r\nMore partnerships are to be signed in the near future with Paraguay and Peru who are also interested in the 1:1 laptop project.
