Geoff Beardall, Sam Pratt, and Rick Ofsanko, restructured and began ownership of the environmental services firm Earth Systems, Inc. in 1999 with an office in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. All three owners previously worked for national companies and wanted to respond to client's needs with more convenience, reliability, quality, and affordability.
