What Is EarBuds?
EarBuds is more live than a podcast, more accessible than streaming radio, more personal than Twitter, more dynamic than a livestream, and more inclusive than any live group listening experience. EarBuds (Techstars Austin '20) is the real-time social music platform that combines simplified cross-platform sharing with live voice broadcasting, premium content curation, community-building, and live group experiences. We're the first social platform bringing together 70% of the world's music subscribers through direct integrations with Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora and Amazon Music - through both LIVE and EVERGREEN activities. Former NFL player Jason Fox conceived the idea for EarBuds while a lineman for the Detroit Lions. Prior to a game against Cam Newton, he watched the #1 draft pick dancing with his headphones, rousing the crowd and inspiring his teammates. Fox wondered how many of the 80,000 in the stadium, millions more at home and 10s of millions more on social media would like to join him in that moment, able to hear Cam welcome them with his voice, listen to his playlist with other fans, and share that experience with their friends in real-time. EarBuds invites Fans into the headphones of their favorite people and enables Brands to connect to the deepest levels of fandom and decision-making through Music, Voice, Social and Mobile. After curators "go live," EarBuds functions just like social media, so users can chat, interact, and stay up to date on music discovery and the latest activity from people they follow, whether that includes their spouse, their local Yoga studio owner, or Patrick Mahomes, Nelly, Baker Mayfield, Eli Young Band, Myles Garrett, Gronk, Jordan Hicks, Andy Dalton, Delanie Walker and many other verified users.  The first and only streaming service-agnostic platform that seamlessly integrates with Spotify and Apple Music today, with Pandora and Amazon Music coming soon.  Pioneering Social Audio since 2019.
