Enra Specialist Finance's businesses operate in property finance and specialist lending, this includes Enterprise Finance, West One Loans and Vantage Finance. Enterprise Finance was formed in 2002 and in 2010 was subject to a management buy-out. When the leadership team launched lending business Aura Finance in 2013, Enra Specialist Finance was created. West One Loans, founded in 2007, was acquired by Enra in 2014 and since has been integrated into the group. West One is now the group's lending brand, incorporating the operations of Aura Finance. Group lending now stands at close to £700m, with more than £3.5bn lent to-date. In 2018, the Group completed the acquisition of specialist lending distributor, Vantage Finance. In 2014, Enra Specialist Finance was named the 15th fastest-growing company in the UK according to The Sunday Times / BDO Profit Track 100 programme. In 2018 Enra appeared for the 5th consecutive time in The Sunday Times / Virgin Fast Track 100, placing 35th, and noted as one of the most profitable businesses in the Fast Track 100. In 2018, Enra was 387th in the Financial Times Europe's 1,000 Fastest Growing Companies list.
