Our innovative turn-key solutions are delivered cost-effectively with 3rd-party reviewed energy projections, professional project managers, and a comprehensive measurement & verification programs. Each project ends with a client satisfaction survey. We evaluate our performance based on these results. There are 6 divisions in the ECM contracting group: Building Envelope Solutions (weatherization), HVAC Armor (HVAC renovation), Aqua Energy (water), Green IT Solutions (IT optimization), LIT (lighting retrofits), and TEL (airflow management). ECM delivers stand-alone projects, but many of our Clients bundle multiple measures for the efficiency of a single point-of-contact.
