ECA Marketing, Inc. is a national financial services company with management that has over 40 years of experience in the industry. Elliott "Hap" Cobb , Chief Executive Officer was a personal producer for 13 years selling fixed and variable annuities and life insurance prior to founding the company. Hap has been on various President Councils and has been involved with insurance carriers in the proprietary development of several annuity and life products. Jean Cobb , Chief Operating Officer, was a regional marketing representative at a ReliaStar company for fixed and variable annuities, life insurance products, and sales systems. Later she worked for First Bank System providing insurance sales training and the implementation of incentive programs at regional banks. Bob Phillips, President, was the National Sales Director for the Brokerage and Non Qualified Plan divisions at Principal Financial Group in Des Moines, IA. Prior to that, he was the eastern divisional VP for Ameritas (AVLIC) Variable Life Insurance Company. He also brings to ECA, experience as a wholesaler of insurance and investment products, the owner of his own financial planning firm and RIA, as well as experience in the securities industries since 1982.
