Location / Population 140 square miles, serving part of El Mirage, Glendale, Surprise, Youngtown and Maricopa County in the Northwest Valley. Boundaries: Glendale Avenue north to Jomax Road, 115th Avenue west to Airport Road (White Tank Mountains). Educating 24,000 students. 10-year analysis shows Dysart is fastest growing school system in Arizona. Campus Facilities 20 elementary schools, 1 alternative program campus and 4 comprehensive high schools. Since 2000, 15 elementary schools and 3 high schools have been built with state and local support. Academics 4 schools rated as "Excelling" and 6 schools rated as "Highly Performing" by the Arizona Department of Education. All schools completing comprehensive continuous improvement plans. Advanced placement, career and technical education, International Baccalaureate, gifted and special education programs provided.
