Dublin Building Systems, Inc. is a family-owned business specializing in design-build commercial and industrial construction in Ohio for more than 50 years. Our design-build capabilities are best demonstrated by the wide variety of buildings we build...manufacturing plants, warehouses, corporate headquarters, office buildings, medical facilities, aircraft hangars, retail, and sports facilities. Formed in 1970, by Victor D. Irelan, Dublin Building Systems is a medium-sized building contractor operating in the central Ohio area. We specialize in design-build commercial and industrial construction, with our own staff of engineers, designers, and project managers experienced in the intricacies of design-build construction. In addition to our office staff of design and construction management professionals, we maintain a merit shop organization of field crews for on-site supervision and fieldwork including foundation, concrete, structural steel erection, carpentry, and other specialized labor. We are active in the local construction and business community and have established long-standing relationships with key subcontractors and architectural and engineering consultants who are also experienced in design-build.
