What Is Dropworks?

DropWorks, Inc. is developing groundbreaking instrumentation and analytical techniques using novel continuous flow droplet nanoreactors. Our early focus is on digital PCR, where our simple workflow, high throughput, and low cost can provide absolute quantification and ultra-high sensitivity for less work and less money than qPCR. In the research space, we will enable the rapid development of both drugs and biomarkers. We have the capability to fully automate assay mixing and get results in less than 30 minutes, opening the door to rapid diagnostic applications, where we can make personalized medicine through cancer genotyping routine. Our integrated microfluidic technology brings digital PCR to the field in a compact, portable form factor, enabling our users to bring a molecular biology laboratory anywhere. DropWorks is led by an executive team with extensive startup experience and high technical expertise, and most recently closed a Series A financing round. We are currently looking for talented research and support staff to join our team at the company's headquarters in Boulder, Colorado.
