Dress for Success Oregon is a workforce development non-profit that empowers women-identifying individuals to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Our vision is that all women-identifying individuals in Oregon and SW Washington are achieving economic independence and stability. As the leading workforce development organization in the state of Oregon that focuses exclusively on women and work, Dress for Success Oregon is distinctive for helping women overcome barriers to employment, prepare for and keep their jobs, and advance in their careers toward self-sufficiency and economic equity. Since opening our doors in 1999, we have served more than 25,000 low-to-moderate income women in our community. In 2019, we served more than 1,600 women and, to date, our clients' average hourly wage is now $17.23/hour.
